Professional Watch Restoration

Wach Case Polish, re-profiling, dent fixing, 18K Gold Replating & case repairs

Besides watch polishing and case restoration, including scratch removal, dent fixing, re-profiling and re-finishing as per original factory standards, we are also capable of carrying out more complex watch case repair, such as failed watch crowns, broken stems, stuck case backs, re-threading, 18K gold re-plating or re-building lugs or even the whole watch case for more severe damages and corrosion. We can bring most watch cases back to life, in their original shape and finish, regardless of their current condition.

no more dents, deep scratches and cracks

leveraging laser welding technique

Mastering laser welding techniques allows us to restore different parts of a damaged watch case. With a ‘Re-finishing After Filling’ approach, together with our re-profiling skills, we ensure original details and sharp edges are kept while preventing over-polishing any watch cases.

We care store the following case materials: Stainless Steel, 18K Yellow Gold, 18K White Gold and Titanium

Best In Class Watch Polishing, Why?

Unique to us, our watch polish and restoration process includes re-profiling of the watch case. Besides scratch removal, we also ensure the original watch shape, silhouette, edges, chamfers, and finishings are sharp and defined, as close to the original factory finish as possible.

Re-profiling Every Watch Case

Thoroughly understanding every watch before restoration begins

In order to re-profile a watch, in such a way that preserves the tiniest details of a watch case, often in contrasting and distinct finishes, we must develop a deep understanding of the original form. To gatekeep any watch’s originality and authenticity, we require our team to spend enough time researching and studying before any restoration work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

Q: What is the typical turnaround time for services?
Most projects, including restoration and repairs, require 4–6 weeks for completion. Complex restorations or rare part sourcing may extend timelines, which we communicate during the initial evaluation.
Q: How are service costs determined?
Pricing reflects the scope of work, part availability, and labor intensity. After a free inspection, we provide a detailed estimate with tiered options (e.g., basic cleaning vs. full movement overhaul).
Q: Do you authenticate watches before restoration?
Yes. We conduct authenticity checks using high-resolution microscopy and manufacturer databases to ensure components match original specifications. Certificates of authenticity are available upon request.
Q: What type of batteries do you use in quartz watches?
We utilize high-quality Sony batteries (manufactured in Japan) for all quartz watch services. While "Swiss-made" batteries are often requested, our experience indicates a higher risk of electrolyte leakage, particularly during prolonged storage. This leakage can cause significant damage to the watch movement. Sony batteries provide superior reliability and longevity, mitigating this risk and ensuring optimal performance.
Q: Do you accept international shipments?
We serve clients globally via insured couriers (DHL, FedEx). Customs documentation assistance is provided for non-Hong Kong residents.
Q: What post-restoration care do you recommend?
We provide a 6-month warranty and advise annual servicing.
Q: Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. We provide free check-ups and consultations to assess your watch case's condition and recommend suitable restoration options.

Watch Band Repair and Restoration Questions

Q: What types of watch bands can you restore?
We specialize in restoring stainless steel, two-tone, and 18K gold watch bands, including those from brands like Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Omega, Breitling, Tudor, and Universal Geneve.
Q: Can you recreate discontinued bands?
Using CAD software and 3D scanning, we replicate designs for out-of-production models (e.g., 1960s Omega mesh bands). Materials are matched to original composition.
Q: Do you offer polishing for metal bands?
Yes. Our multi-step polishing combines laser ablation for deep scratches and manual finishing to preserve brushed/grained textures. Satin or mirror finishes available.
Q: What is included in the watch band restoration process?
Our process includes disassembling each link, rebuilding and enhancing the inner structure, fixing dents, removing scratches, re-finishing to factory standards, and reassembling and tightening the entire band.
Q: How do you tighten loosened or stretched watch bands?
Using proprietary tools and machinery developed in-house, we rebuild the inner structure of each link to restore its original tightness while maintaining durability.
Q: Can you fix dents or scratches on my watch band?
Yes. We use advanced techniques to repair dents and remove scratches before re-finishing the band to match its original factory appearance.
Q: Do you offer re-plating services for gold bands?
Yes. We can re-plate 18K gold bands to restore their original shine and finish.
Q: What types of Rolex watch bands do you specialize in?
We restore various Rolex models, including:
  • Folded & Solid Jubilee (20mm)
  • Oyster Folded Fliplock (19mm/20mm)

  • Two-Tone Bands: Starting at US$360/HK$2,800
  • 18K Gold Bands: Starting at US$1,750+/HK$13,600+ (Ladies) or US$1,950+/HK$15,300+ (Men’s).
